Returns & Refunds

At Ella Ray Jewellery, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.

 

Returns

We accept returns on all of our products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@ellarayjewellery.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you used a credit or debit card to make your purchase, the refund will be issued to the same card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

 

Exceptions

All of our products are eligible for returns or refunds, however earrings must be returned unworn with the hygiene tag still on and in tact. If this has been broken or removed, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept these.

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
